Can I cancel a bag from my order?
Yes, if you need to cancel a bag, please contact us directly.
Please note: a 5% cancellation fee (based on the cancelled item’s price) will be charged for any cancellations.

When do I receive my invoice?
Invoices are typically issued a few hours after you place your order.

When are packages shipped?
Orders are shipped every Monday.
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow the shipment.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes.

When do your drops take place?
Our drops happen every Friday at 12 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) or 6 PM CET (Central European Time).
When do I need to complete the payment?
Payments must be completed by Sunday following the drop.
If the payment is not received by then, your order will be cancelled and a 5% cancellation fee (based on the total order value) will apply.
